| Kamikaze Chicken04-26-07, 04:06 PM | Where in khorvaire is the tomb of Galifar located? Is it around thronehold, or was it in cyre before the place went boom? I normally would go looking in my books, but i dont think it says anywhere. If some one does know this it would be of great help. I am starting to plan a campaign that needs this place as an adventure location. Any help would be greatly apreciated KAMIKAZE! :chicken: out |
| OnusBone04-26-07, 04:39 PM | That's an excellent question! I don't recall reading about it anywhere, but I would personally go with Thronehold, with Karrnath a close second. |

For all I know, Galifar was cremated or all the Kings of Galifar are traditionally buried at sea. My best guess would be a mausoleum somewhere on Thronehold tended to be the Throne Wardens (see Thronhold p.183 ECS). I don’t think it would be unreasonable to say that he was buried somewhere in Karrnath as that was his country of birth. Depending on how difficult you want the dungeon crawl to be, you could say he was buried somewhere within Cyre when it was the “Jewel of Galifar”. Honestly it’s up to you where you would like the tomb to be. |

However, if you want a little harder dungeoncrawl as Shadyspace meant, it wouldn't be unreasonable to say that the "official" kings' crypt which was established later was in Cyre and Galifar's remains were exhumed and transferred there. Maybe it's an area not affected by the mourning, a little oasis where character can rest, only to discover exactly where they are. |
