I'm having the my PCs travel from Sharn to Graywall. I figure they will hitch on with the House Tharashk's weekly caravan to Graywall. I'm not exactly sure where they start the caravan. Does Galethspyre sound like a good starting point? How long should it take. I'm thinking 3 weeks on the caravan?

Thanks for any advice.

You mean "Orien"'s caravan?
Well there is the problem that maps and distances are never the same between different sources...
I usually use the poster map (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/eb_map/Eberron_Map_11x17.jpg)'s measures to calculate travel on Orien's trade roads or lightning rail.

From Sharn to Graywall you have to cross the Dagger River first, and according to the map there's no bridge to do that. So I suggest you take a boat first to Moonwatch or to Galethspyre and then continue on land.
So the onland travel distance would be 331 miles (from Galethspyre) or 743 miles (from Moonwatch).
So the quicken way is to take a boat to Galethspyre and then continue onland.

Edit : Orien's caravans travel at a speed of 15 miles per day (according to ECS). Orien Coaches however travel at 5 miles per hour. (remeber it's always 8 hours of travel per day).

Thanks for the info! And yes, it should be Orien's caravan. I got mixed up because Tharashk has the exclusive rights in Droam.

Also: a trip up the Dagger River from Sharn to Galethsypre would be about 450 miles, and a trip from Sharn to Moonwatch would be about 170 miles.
