Tiarn 02-03-08, 11:49 PM	A few days ago I came across a section that described a certain area where gnomes were doing elemental binding. (I believe it was into ships, but I could be mistaken) This would be rather unremarkable except that these gnomes believed that they should be friendly toward the elementals and that would make the binding easier/better. There was even a map of the area with places for the elementals to live clearly marked. The only problem is, I can't find this again. If anyone would point me in the right direction (at the very least the correct book, though I'd love a page number as well) I'd be most appreciative.
