lseelba 04-24-07, 04:16 PM	I know that the Mark's Man Rank is the third rank, but how many spokes does it represent? Two? If someone gets the Mark's Man Rank without having received the Dragoon rank, do they have the same number of spokes as someone who got both the Dragoon and the Mark's Man Rank? I know it should be obvious, but several story objects refer to how many spokes you have and I wanted to clarify the issue.
