delroland 07-27-06, 07:49 PM	First off, grammur iz yur frend. There are three dragons: Siberys, the Dragon Above; Eberron, the Dragon Between (?); and Khyber, the Dragon Below. Clerics who do not wish to worship any of the deities detailed in the Eberron Campaign Setting may worship Siberys, the Dragon Above. This allows you to pick any two domains of your choice, including one domain in the Spell Compendium if you'd like (should you choose to use your first-level expansion item slot for that domain). This would allow you to be a cleric/sacred fist without worshipping a specific deity or pantheon. I would also suggest the Heir to Siberys PrC from the Eberron Campaign Setting as being a possible good choice for your character. It gives you a super-powerful dragonmark and advances your caster levels.

jeffpicard 08-02-06, 12:52 AM	the standards only provide some semi-direct conversions for faster cleric creation without the ECS Since the ECS is one of the primary sources the information in there (including taking the dragon above as a deity) is freely unlocked unless the standards say otherwise It's even been said by one of the officials that with this option you can take one domain from outside the ECS/PHB by using your 1st level expansion slot

delroland 08-06-06, 02:56 PM	No, but the ECS is core material for the campaign, so all material in there is available whether it is explicitly stated in the XE material or not, just like with the PHB and the DMG. So, unless it is made a restricted choice in the appendix, the Dragon Above is a legitimate choice for clerics in the XE campaign.
