Missing story object reporting numbers, this is an EMERGENCY! [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-04-06, 02:06 PM None of the story objects for the 2nd faction adventures(the one I ran was blackwheel but a buddy of mine is running Cabal and he says his don't either) have cert numbers to report thim into the tracker.

Specifically, i need the one titled Dragoon Rank and the one called Pilgrim's Crest.

I can't report until I get these. Factionmasters I need ur attention on this one.

10-07-06, 10:16 PM I'm no one official - just a fellow RPGA DM - but from what I've read on the boards recently, Xen'drik Expeditions is moving to paper-based adventure journals until the database is fixed. Have your players fill out the journal, and sign their journals with the appropriate story objects... given the known database issues, I bet that will be enough to validate your play results.

Nope, I'm in Maryland/DC. Never been to Geraldine (or anywhere in Alabama, for that matter) but I lived in Jacksonville, Florida from 1992-2005.

Wow, and to think you even used all-caps when you created the thread. That "supposedly" triggers three of the four Factionmasters' 24/7 pagers which sit on their bedside tables a mere 12" from their slumbering heads. The exception is Skerrit, who is alerted by a powerful spotlight projecting the image of a jack 'o lantern across the night sky.

Well, we've just witnessed how well that worked. Hmph. Just chalk it up to one more technical glitch ruining all our fun.

On a side note: how does an interruption in reporting game results constitute an emergency? You know we don't want them donning their tights if the situation doesn't warrent it.

10-09-06, 11:36 PM O ho, theres no need to get feisty clem. :P Just pointing out how not a single other member had managed to report on this and I take pride in having a spotless record of reporting and recording my events. Theres nothing like a good witty retort, but it is too bad I'm not enough of a comic book fan to enjoy that post as thoroughly as it should be. This post ended a good while back and unless u've got something constructive to say ur witty tongue will fall on nigh deaf but very amused ears.

PS: The faction masters are responsible for content (plot etc.) but don't have that much direct control over the RPGA systems that you use to submit adventure info, etc.
