07-09-07, 02:29 PM There seemed to be confusion about this at Origins.

If you're a Gnoll, and your web tracking says your 5th level:

1. You have a gnoll PC with FOUR character levels
2. You count as a FIFTH level PC when your DM figures the table level (APL)
3. You have the EV from the web
4. You can only spend up to the limit of a FOURTH level PC
5. You only have the action cards/points of a FOURTH level PC
