Assuming that his 4th level stat bump was in Dex, how is it possible for Flav ot have his ability scores? I'm getting a 26 point build.
Str 06 (8-2racial=6); 0pts
Dex 20 (15+2racial+1statbump+2magic=20); 8pts
Con 14; 6pts
Int 16; 10pts
Wis 08; 0pts
Cha 08 (10-2racial=8); 2pts

The reason I ask is because I am considering making Flav my CBL PC.
