CSH-9 The Darkest Heart Reporting Problem [Archive] - Wizards Community

I'm attempting to report CSH-9 for my group.

When I list the certs, however, I'm told:
Scenario not present for the given certification in the scenariocertification table (if TM=1) for Cert1Entered for Player1

It doesn't matter if I list EXCS30 or EXCS31 as the first cert.

So, it would appear this adventure either has the wrong codes listed in the module and on the tracking sheet, or the database doesn't have the certs.

The page for scenario questions is also blank.

Greg? Any chance you can pester the people at HQ about this?

I forwarded this to HQ.

Thanks.

I'll keep an eye on the reporting page, and will post if I can report the mod.

Still don't have any scenario questions, so I still can't report the module.

This wouldn't be a problem, except starting Monday I'll be locked from ordering new modules.

I am told that everything should be working for reporting now. Let me know if you are still having problems.

Getting closer!

I can enter the certs now, but there are still no scenario questions.

Having the same problem, if that helps.

Okay, I will let them know and see if they can look at it tomorrow.

I guess they didn't get to it yet. As of this post, still no questions.

If I send the database monkey a sixer, would that help. . . or hinder? :) And now, for no reason, a haiku:

I still can't report
the questions have not appaeared
woe to my players.

(and I'll KEEP writing bad haiku if the problem goes on! That'll teach ya!)

woo. . . less caffeine in the mornings. . . .

I talked to HQ about it today and they are aware of the problem (and the problem with Lich Queen) and are currently trying to fix it. Hopefully now that they are aware of it, it won't take very long to rectify.

I've just been told it should be all fixed now. Report away!

Sorry boss. Still no questions.

. . . but there is a new haiku forming in the depths of my mind. :plotting:

Hooray! There are questions!

Thanks, Greg, for making sure that happened.
