| Zero Knight07-30-06, 06:16 PM | Im new the the whole campaigns thing, and I started my charater as a daelkyr halfblood with the breed leech symbiont. I was wondering how you can get more symbionts in the game. |
| Herrbard07-30-06, 07:08 PM | Well, the easiest way is to grow new ones as you level up (but you already know that one ;) ). Since this is an unlocked race for the faction, my hope is that as we adventure, we will be able to discover new symbionts in the modules. This is the only way I see for it to happen. I'm sure Skerrit will be along soon and correct me if needed. :D |
| LachlarlanIII07-31-06, 09:58 AM | In the section of Magic of Eberron dealing with symbionts, there is a rule for symbionts as magic items. It gives costs and such for the various symbionts. |
| Skerrit07-31-06, 10:09 AM | I believe the plan (and its not 100% official just yet) is that in addition to the ones you get as you level, you may purchase other symbiotes as magic items. |

| Sianger08-01-06, 11:00 PM | Eh? Expansion slot for permanency spell? How does that work? Is it one slot per spell you want to be allowed to make permanent on yourself? And after you spend the expansion slot, can you just "purchase" the permanent spell like a magic item, following the rules for unlocked magic items? |
