Dm's Mark 2 "missing" [Archive] - Wizards Community

10-24-06, 06:19 PM I have requested the DM Mark 2 mod for Cabal of Shadows for this weekend. I posted a request about a week ago that the files are listed as missing in the file download section. When I go to download the files "missing" is beside the file name and I get an error when I try to download them.

I really only need the basic plot outline, story objects and codes, and the tracking questions.

I will have to cancel play this weekend if I do not receive these soon. I have a couple of mods I am sure I can quickly adjust to use for play, but I need the info quickly. Could you please post the info here or PM me?

Please, Please help me locate these files or PM me the needed info SOON.

11-05-06, 07:12 PM I am in the same situation. I have it scheduled for November 11th. Do I have any chance of finding out story objects?

Still missing.

I've just ordered the adventure and I have a scenario to design but nothing to work with !!! :weep: What should I do beside praying ?

11-06-06, 07:12 PM Do what everyone else has been doing: make something up and run it. No story objects, but the questions are the same as they were for the first DM's Mark.

It's sad because Story Objects are fun and a great way to inspire a DM's imagination.

11-07-06, 05:39 PM Thanks for the answer. Sorry for the bother. A DM's Mark with no story objects is alot better than no DM's Mark.

However, story objects are alot of fun. They will be missed.

(Note that they will be missed after play, so this works for me.)

11-12-06, 09:09 AM I think im gonna give special "dms mark 2 certs" to my players that only work if im the gm... nothing in the rules so far says i cant.

Just to make sure everyone understands, there will be Story Objects for future DM's Marks. Due to the situation at HQ, there is just none for DM's Mark 2 for the factions.
