Fastplay Characters? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-29-06, 08:40 PM Is there any information we can get about our faction's fastplay characters? How many will there be? What kinds of characters will they be? Will the cleric worship one (or all) of the Dark Six, the Dragon Below, or the Blood of Vol? Would it be useful for us to provide input as to what we think the fastplay characters should be?

Any answers I am sure would be greatly appreciated.

07-29-06, 09:36 PM They haven't been able to get the campaign rules published, which is something of a prerequisite to fast play characters. I strongly suspect I know what the hold-up is, but I'm not sure whether it's supposed to be public knowledge.

07-29-06, 10:21 PM Even so, some of my above questions could still be answered, as well as a general indication of when they will be released (i.e. with the v1.0 sourcebook, or before, or after).

And if the standards are decided upon but not published, the fastplay characters would make an excellent campaign "preview" so as to sate our voracious appetites.

07-30-06, 04:23 PM The Cleric of Syreth,Spellscale Sorcerer,and Storm Archer minis in War of the Dragon Queen come with cards that have stats approved for Xen'drix Expeditions, though the full sheets are not out yet.
