How do I get a hold of the faction master to report and get corrected errors in reporting of mod results?

This isn't (afaik) something the factionmasters, who are all volunteers, can do anything about.

If you have made a mistake, there are two ways to try to get it fixed, but be aware that this can be either a long process, and one which sometimes never gets completed.

The thing that you (if you were the Senior GM, i.e. the person doing the reporting) can attempt is to email rpgasanctioning@wizards.com and explain what the problem is.

The alternative is to get the players to file an appeal. If they log into the members' area, click 'Update my membership' then follow the links to the Appeals section and fill in the form there.

It's frustrating that Senior GMs can't attempt to fix mistakes they make themselves, but until or unless the system's altered, it's pretty important to do all you can to get it right first time!!

Pedr is correct. The FMs can't fix any errors. You need to contact the RPGA.

Thanks for the help. I have reported the errors and have crossed fingers and toes. I have always had trouble in reporting Mods since MoH. I'm just glad that I wont be doing it for anymore events.

Back to Greyhawk I go.
