| Marcia_S08-18-06, 01:55 PM | What I saw at the 7 CoL tables I ran: a LOT of Aasimar (one table had FIVE!) a LOT of clerics, paladins, and favored souls a couple of warforged (still puzzling over those guys) one drow (huh?) one lawful good aligned rogue and a smattering of other classes and races Unfortunately, a few of them seemed a bit on the "lawful stupid" side and I killed two characters who had no business being in melee with crits on top of power attack. For the most part, the players seemed to embrace the "redemption, if possible" theme, but a few were particularly bloodthirsty in their pursuit of the destruction of evil to the point that they killed someone who they really needed to talk to on more than one occasion. That seemed to be more of a problem with some non-RPGA gamers who didn't "get" our faction goals OR our RPGA philosophy of being good team-players when seated with a group of strangers. Marcia |
