Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

Things Fall Apart
Covenant of Light Adventure #5

The Covenant of Light finds itself at a quandary. It's greatest military commander and purest knight, Xandrin Corvalis, has been accused of a crime so heinous that even the grateful citizens of Stormreach demand justice.

And you know, if it's considered a crime in a place as lawless as Stormreach, it has to be pretty bad...

Where: online! You have no excuse for missing this!*
Date: On Saturday, April 21st! ~7PM EST.
Platform: On FantasyGrounds (see the fantasygrounds website for details).
Calendar: http://www.fantasygrounds.com/calendar/index.xcp?id=142

...

More details (like what the server address will be) will be posted here as we get closer to the date.

See, I had this plan. I was going to write and run DM's Marks for every single faction. Originally I was skipping the Covenant. Reason? While I had played both Codex and Blackwheel, and DM'd extensively for the Cabal of Shadows.. I had mised out on the Covenant stuff.

So when I started writing my Covenant of Light DM's mark, I soon realized that I did not know crap about the Covenant of Light. So I figured I'd run Covenant of Light Adventure #5, and tie that in with DM's marks 4 and 5 somehow.

You are both confirmed!

I am going to try something new and not do my "first come, first served" policy. So we now have 6 with Marcus and Pedr. Please be on time or a bit early (up to an hour early!) so we can get started and not take all night.

And with that, this game is now closed!

See you on Saturday!

Fair warning: I might not be able to make it. I am down to DM a metaregional on Sunday. It's not currently viable, but a couple of people sign up I'll have to sleep Saturday night in order to be up to running it (it's complicated!)

I'll let you know, but if you get other people wanting to join in, please bump me and I'll play some other time. I might want to try to play mod #4 first anyway!

I'm not on the list on the FG calendar, anyway, and looks like you've got six there already.

Two things:

1) GREAT MOD!

2) Was there a problem in reporting the scenario? It's listed in my play history, but I've got no story items, no gold, and no experience.

Glad you liked!

I don't know if there's a problem but I'll check on it. :)

There was a problem reporting the mod when it came to the questions.

Basically, when you press the 'go to adventure questions' button, it doesn't give you any questions. Instead, it puts you a screen with just two buttons- one says 'save' and the other one also says 'save'.

I tried backing out of it a couple of times but it crashed my browser, so finally, I went in, entered everyones info and hit one of the save buttons.

If someone could fix this- these guys got both story objects, did not trade the thing, and hit most of the encounters.

They would have an A, A, A, A, B, B, A

You may have to email the RPGA with this and have them fix it. I would send an email to RPGA Organized Play (There are links under "Help" on the main site that take you to organized play -> RPGA. Explain to them what happened, what the scores should have been and what story objects each team received. Let me know if we can help by sending in emails also.

I have a question about the story objects. Can someone who can answer a "what if" question about them drop me a line, please?

Thanks

The story questions are now online, but now the system won't recognize the story object codes.

When I submit the session, it comes back with this message:

Scenario not present for the given certification in the scenariocertification table (if TM=1) for Cert1Entered for Player1

Just passing on the word. Hopefully this will get addressed before the end of the month.

If you're having an issue reporting, please PM me with specifics. I need the following:

Name of event
Your name
Your RPGA number
Name of adventure (assuming it is CVN-5)
Specifics of the problem you're having

I have had the problem fixed with the story objects for this adventure. If you've waited on validating, you should be able to do so now.

And this is why I have hope that the RPGA will continue to grow. Thanks Chris! :clap:

Guys! I've just been informed this mod (specifically referring to the time I ran it online on April 21st) disappeared from everyone's account. So I am digging up my old notes and stuff. I've sent in another request to have this fixed.

PM or email me (pseckler13@msn.com) if you have any questions. Sorry for the inconvenience!
