Draconomicon [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-04-06, 07:21 PM I noticed in the v.0.0 of the rules, the Draconomicon was allowed but only Chapter 3. Are there plans to include the Feats for Breath Weapons in case anyone takes the dragon shaman since it is unlocked for this Faction?

I have not had much say in what is included in the Campaign Standards. But you can bet that I have thought long and hard about the dragon-ish PCs that will be in the faction, and I will make sure there are some fun options and unlocks for them, one way or another.

I really enjoyed the Crimson Codex run at Origins (You might remember me as the guy who tried a few times to get in, and finally got to play on Saturday night :). I was thinking about the Codex for my main character, and I think after playing and seeing what it is about, that I will indeed be doing that. I'll keep an eye out for some player's options for dragon-ish types

I think it would add a lot to be able to make use of the breath weapon with feats.

In terms of "fun toys" to play with in terms of character creation and advancement, anyone who has DMed a campaign knows it is a fine balance between offering enough and offering too much. All the factionmasters and I will do our best to walk that fine line and make the campaign fun in terms of both character capabilities and challenges.

07-04-06, 10:04 PM Thanks! Yeah, definitely don't want to give too much out, I can understand that. Who knows what the campaign cards will unlock in the future too :) Luckily I won't have a breath weapon for a while anyways.
