I went to download adventures for the various factions this weekend and I had no trouble with any of them except for the first Crimson Codex faction adventure - Prophecy's Unwitting Servant. When downloading it using the RPGA tools it says this file is "missing."

Has anyone else had this problem? If anyone has the module, I'd really appreciate it if you could get it to me the sooner the better. I got the DM's Mark just fine (and my motivaiton for the DM's Mark was to be a continuation of what happened in hte first module which I played at Origins).

Any help would be very welcome.

I had the same problem when I tried to order it for a gameday. I have made RPGA HQ aware of the problem. We'll hope it gets fixed soon.

It's up. I am downloading it now for a gameday in three weeks. When you filter events, look under "Xen'drik expeditions - Crimson Codex". It is the only 1st adventure under its own heading; the others are under the general "Xen'drik Expeditions" header.

It will not show up for Home Play events for another month or so. If you are ordering it for a convention or game day, it should be there. If that is not the case, let me know.

The ways of the Crimson Codex are mysterious. Secrets are not easily found (or modules for that matter).

Or, as the sublime Codex scholars know - petuinca is evertia

Hey, I checked the Crimson 1... And It is really great (no apple-polishing manouver here) and now I gotta prepare the Dm's Mark 1 for Crimson... Any ideias? I got a little stumped cos I read it already and there are some names (the NPC's) that I am not familiar with... Is there an EBERRON book where I can find this plot?

Please don't say Secrets of Xen'drik cos that's the ONLY book that is taking 4EVER to come to Brazil these days...

Guys .. I have another question: What does this text (excerpt from Xen'drik Rules ZERO mean?) Please explain to me like I was a little 5 year-old latino who don't know English very well...LOL

Until XEN'DRIK EXPEDITIONS character tracking is up and running, you can keep event treasure between events. We'll announce the end of event treasure carrying on the RPGA website, but it will end prior to the campaign's official launch at Gen Con Indy 2006.

So, a little help on this one please!

I think that 'campaign treasure' is a new addition to Xen'Ex. I've not played, DMed or read any of the modules yet, except skimmed the generic bits of one of the DM's Mark packets (don't know yet if I'm playing or running one next week!)

I think that it is similar to certed (certificated) items from early LG, Living Arcanis etc in that you receive some kind of paperwork at the end of an adventure and can always keep it for the rest of the event. That is, for the rest of the gamesday or convention at which you are playing the adventure at. Once the tracker is up and running, according to this text, the 'campaign treasure' will be factored into the EV gain from the event and you will no longer have the items themselves, you'll have the EV instead.

However it appears that the character tracker was not up and running when they wrote this (and might not be working perfectly yet) so until they announce otherwise, you get campaign treasure at one gamesday, write it on your 'adventure journal' (which I haven't seen evidence of yet!) and then at the next convention or gamesday you can still have that treasure. Once the tracker is working properly and that gamesday is reported properly, you get the EV and lose the actual treasure.

Hope that helps a little - and I could be way off base!

Well, thanks for the info... I guess if it is similir to LG it will be easier to do, 'cos I am very familiarized to this campaign system (the AR and everything). But from all my knowledge there isn't any AR in the back part of the Crimson 1 adventure...
Like you said, maybe it is not so UP and RUNNING, right?
