An unfamiliar problem [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-10-06, 10:48 AM In the new 1.1 standards they discussed improved familiars. I was planning on having my cabal character get an improved familiar of either an Imp or Quasit. However this excerpt in 1.1 talks about specific familiars such as pseudodragons, elementals, celestial and dire animals. It mentions nothing about imps or quasits. It does not say they are restricted either though. Therefore my question is will they be allowed for cabal of shadows characters?

12-21-06, 11:52 AM At the moment, only Fiendish animals are allowed, though that will likely change in v2.0.
