Skerrit 04-08-07, 09:50 AM	Everything that's not in an automatically unlocked source (like the PHB or ECS) and not found on the restricted list, is locked.

So, We can unlock anything from any book as long as it is not restricted? I thought we had to abide by the list of campiagn sources found page 2 of the XECS v2.0. BoVD and BoED stuff i have seen unlocks from Story objects, but are we allowed to unlock them with Expansion slots then? How about A&EG?
Skerrit 04-13-07, 08:52 AM	I should clarify. When I said anything, I meant anything from the list of allowed books in the campaign standards. Just like you can't unlock things from Deadlands or Cthulhu sourcebooks, you can't use WOTC books not on the list (such as the Arms and Equipment Guide).
