Since changlings are decended from both races, do they qualify. There are no references to Eberron in the RoD book so I suspect it might not have taken changelings into consideration at the time of publishing. However, if there was ever a P Class that was geared for a changling... :plotting: |

| Terry Hawkins11-29-06, 06:47 PM | Thank you for the prompt response. I am planning on playing a Changling (rogue or begiler) to eventually become a Chameleon in the CoL faction. As I was mapping the character out, I was thinking about the Bonus Feat that the Chameleon gets at 2nd level and expansion slots. Obviously the 1st level expansion slot for this character must be Able Learner. However, will I have to map out each feat that this ability grants (one per level) or does it function as stated in the book "At the start of each day, you can choose to change your bonus feat to any other feat for which you meet the prerequisites." Limiting it to only feats that are mapped out by expansion slots greatly curtails this unique ability and makes spending those slots on divine and arcane spells impactcal. Also, where can I find the XECS 1.1 and the XE character sheets? The ones on the Xen'drik Expeditions campaign page is version 1.0 of the XECS and the character sheet is for Mark of Heroes. |

You can only access those rules items that are unlimited or that you have unlocked in some way. As for the XECS 1.1, it is wil HQ. I'm told it should be posted within the next few days. |

| Gurrangatch12-06-06, 10:23 AM | Just as an aside; if a changeling takes the Racial Emulation feat from Races of Eberron it can qualify for any race based requirement regardless of other rules. Unecessary in the given situation but that feat is still awesome. |
