quizboy 02-20-08, 05:00 PM	I just picked it up last night. I've only scanned through it, so I can't really give an in depth review. I noticed very little crunch, but a lot of setting (as would be expected of books coming out just before the jump to 4E). There are a couple of feats buried in some of the descriptions, but not much. My favorite part: In the section on groups (near the back), our four favorite factions each get a couple of pages. The section seems to be rules so that people outside of the RPGA can join such organizations (including ranking rules and such) when playing a game set in Stormreach. Sweet! :) --Steven So what's the usable crunch in this book? I'd like to go hog wild with my Covenant PC based on this book. Can I do anything if I get it? Anyone have it? Feats? PrCs? Spells?
Mherduwynn 02-20-08, 05:11 PM	It should be noted that the organizations described in the City of Stormreach book are much changed in some ways from what has developed in game. We as Factionmasters were able to give a barebones accounting of our organizations and then the book's excellent authors did the rest. In short, use what you like of the flavor in this book but keep in mind that not everything there will be reflected in the campaign during our scenarios. (That said, it is an great book for Stormreach in general and I have really enjoyed reading through it.) -A
