Or do these classes need to just purchase any spell they want. Also, I can't find any rule specifying whether spell choices can be retooled. Do you just buy the spells you want from EV, put them in your book for an event, then have access to them. Then at the next event you can buy completely new spells? Thanks Harliquinn

Your first question I can't answer from work without any books, but I'll try to make sure it appears in v2.0 of the XECS. The second question is that you can retool your spells. Since your spellbook is basically just part of your EV/equipment, you can change the way you spend that EV every mod, so you could purchase different spells.
