At his point, they can't be unlocked.

I have a complete list of classes that can be played at character creation (as well as races) and how to get them here (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=689990) (and the thread contains some specific discussion specifically about the Complete Psionics classes).

Of course, once the next wave of rewards cards are released that might change (and I believe they are overdue at this point, aren't they?) There are also hints that the next version of the campaign standards might have some changes. Apparently it's done or being finished up now by the faction leaders (of course, who knows how long it will take to be published - they just now published the Reward Cards we got months ago).

Yeah, a little more patience on our part is going to be required it seems. Apparently one of the FM's got affected by the Apex chemical plant fire, and had to have his family evacuate for a short time. I think that messed up the FM's weekend powow where they were going to finalize the CS before releasing it for a public comment/suggestion period.
