Do I need to approach the RPGA HQ for correcting DDXP Booking errors (the only one that was done correctly was the Convenant of Light adventure) or somebody else? If I need to approach RPGA HQ, can I please get the story object codes for Trouble with Pirates and Cairn of the Stone Heart (you can mail them to rolspeel (at) planet (dot) com)?

Could you PLEASE tell your DMs (and perhaps RPGA HQ) how Xen'drik scoring sheet works? I needed to explain it to the DM of the Convenant of Light adventure, and since I did not get ANY story objects for Trouble with Pirates and Stone of the Cairn Hearts (which was booked with the wrong PC) even though we finished them and got both story objects something went wrong there as well...

Well, it is better than Mark of Heroes, since now at least the events were booked and my PCs did get EV and xp. The only thing that went wrong in this regard was that my Crimson Codex character got the Cairn adventure even though I played it with my Convenant of Light character.

Hi. WolfStar76, Adovocat for the Devil stepping in here.

It's worth noting that the Expedition module tracking form had a spot next to your RPGA number where you were to check a box for which faction you were representing.

If you failed to check that box the default selection is Covenant of Light.

Of course, I could equally argue that your GM should have made sure you'd checked that, but then I'd be arguing with myself. . . a habit I try not to indulge in public.

As for where to report errors from your play sessions, unless someone more knowledgeable says otherwise, I think you do that via the RPGA Customer Service page:

What box are you talking about? The DM never let me fill in anything, although he did ask what factions all the players came from. The irony being that the Crimson Codex was the only faction not present at the table.

Before I can inform customer services or RPGA HQ I do need to know the story object codes though...

The box was on the tracking form that you should have been asked to fill out at the start of play - the form where you write your name and your RPGA #.

The Expedition tracking forms have 4 small checkboxes next to the RPGA# field where you can check which faction your PC is from.

As for story object codes, I'll let one of the factionmasters get in touch with you for that. For assorted reasons (fraud/cheating) I doubt they want those plastered all over the place.

On the other hand, if you know the name of the certs you should have received, I'm pretty sure Customer Service can work from that. That's assuming you have that data recorded in your adventure journal, of course.

Of the three Xen'drik games I played, all three times the DM actually filled in those themselves. They wanted to have the tickets with name and RPGA number on the back. Apparently the campaign needs getting used to even for the DMs.

Wow, indeed.

I *always* hand the tracking forms to my players to fill out. It's a time saver if I can be answering questions and learning the quirks/powers/abilities of players at my table while everyone else records their Name and RPGA # for me.

Of course, there's no right/wrong way to do it, as long as it ultimately gets filled out correctly. (which wasn't the case for you apparently).

Here's hoping you get quick resolution on your queries. :)
