| DBlizzard10-01-06, 12:09 AM | I'm aware of certain issues with the Xen'drik event reporting. I encountered a problem with erratic database issues. We had 6 players (including myself) play in a Blackwheel Company adventure. Of the 6 players, at least 3 of us received 300 gp. One of the 6 players recieved no gold at all. It's not a reporting issue (forgetting to include him) because the event is listed in his character history, just no other data. Is this a known issue, or is this something new? |
| Herrbard10-01-06, 06:52 AM | Now I feel a little embarrassed; after stating last night in another thread that all of my local reporting has gone perfectly, I just found out this happened to one of my local tables, too. CC mod 1 and DMs mark 1, 4 out of six players were at both tables. 2 of them got 600 gold and are now second level, while the other 2 got 300 gold and are still first level. All received the same story objects, the questions were (obviously) all answered the same way. The character tracker shows them all as having played and earned the story objects. I can see no reason for this discrepancy. What was that appeals e-mail address, again? |

| Mherduwynn10-01-06, 03:06 PM | For any issue involving the RPGA: rpgaHQ@wizards.com -A |
| pedr10-02-06, 03:54 AM | For any issue involving the RPGA: rpgaHQ@wizards.com -AI might be wrong here (and hope I am!) but as far as I can tell, although that email address is mentioned all over the RPGA website and in literature they still develop, it has been turned off as they were unable to deal with all the email sent to it effectively. Senior GMs can sometimes get an answer about issues relating to events they've created from rpgasanctioning@wizards.com. Otherwise the only way to contact the RPGA is through the Wizards customer service system which can be found at http://wizards.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/wizards.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php (click the 'Email Us' tab, you will probably have to create a separate account on the website). |
| smerwin2910-02-06, 07:29 AM | DBlizzard and Dan, send to crimsoncodex@hotmail.com the details about these problems. Be as specific as possible: character names, player names, RPGA numbers, and your names. Going to HQ with these details might help getting things fixed. |

I'll let the player know (and check to see if there are anymore). I was mostly wondering if this is something new, or the same problems that have been around. My character was fine ;) |
| airwalkrr10-04-06, 03:20 AM | And while the powers that be are at it, can you PLEASE figure out a way to keep my certs from getting truncated? It is quite annoying to not have the entire cert, especially when vital information for how the cert works is clearly missing. |
