Evil_ernie_SSK 04-03-07, 12:32 AM	The brief listing of how certain feats work in XE lists favoured as a feat choice on page 17 of the XECS v2.0. It lists the complete scoundrel as the source for this feat but after borrowing a friends complete scoundrel I am not seeing it, was it misslabeled? Can someone give me a brief run down of what it does so I know if I want to hunt down the book it is in somewhere? (It lists bluff as the skill associated with it for Cabal of Shadows, is there a bonus involved to bluff? Do ranks in bluff affect something?
