10-17-06, 08:36 PM Help! I have been trying to get a hold of someone for weeks. I am running Xen'Drik at my local game store, and i'm having a huge problem.

I have taken the GM test four times (and passed) but it keeps saying i'm not a valid GM....and I can't register for events...so I can't get the adventures. I'm supposed to run some this weekend...but I don't know how to get on to get them.

I suggest you PM one of the FactionMasters (you can tell by thier signatures... or usually most of the time.. Smerwin doesn't seem to advertise his FactionMasterness) and tell them your problem. they COULD verify that you ARE a Herald level GM and try to settle this for you, but I would suggest you postpone thee game until you can order the module.

Easier on logistics....

10-18-06, 07:25 AM Unfortunately you aren't a Herald level GM until RPGA HQ manages to update your membership. With the staffing problems there at the moment this is taking
very extended periods of time. Everyone's aware that this is a serious problem, but there's not much that can be done - I'm quite sure that the people (person?) left at HQ is/are working as fast as they/he can!

The only real solution is to contact someone who knows you and who is a Herald GM and have them act as Senior GM on your behalf. It would have to be someone who trusts you though as they would technically be taking responsibility for the event.
