I expect so. I also do not expect said campaign document (if past experience has been any indication) until 1 to 4 days (at best) before GenCon.

07-25-06, 04:34 PM ya keep using the 0.0 version all the way to gencon. there may be a new campaign standard right before gencon but if not then just default to the only one thats out there right now.

To be on the safe side, i wouldn't put things restricted from Mark of Heroes on your expansion list. Although i suppose if you put an restricted item on the list, you could probably change it when you found it was an invalid choice.
