Butterface 10-08-06, 06:48 PM	My home group has 4 GM's in it, and we're running all four factions. Here's my issue: I am running Blackwheel Company, and have reported Faction Mod 1 and DM's Mark 1. I have no problem downloading Faction Mod 2 and DM's Mark 2, and in fact have already scheduled these events. Our DM for Covenant of Light hasn't reported her DM's mark 1 yet though, and she can not see Faction Mod 2 or DM's Mark 2 as available for future play. The same goes for our Crimson Codex DM - only Faction Mod 1 and DM's Mark 1 available. In Crimson Codex, 5 of our 6 players have either played the first faction mod with another group or at a con, so we were planning on just starting with Faction Mod 2. Furthermore, for Cabal and Codex, we weren't planning on playing through the DM's Marks at all - the DM's don't have time to write them. Surely this isn't working as intended? What should we do? Right now we have planned to play Forbidden Knowledge (Faction Mod 2 for Crimson Codex), but the DM can't download the mod. I have no problem not relying on the database at the moment, but its difficult to play at all when you can't download the mod. Any helpful comments/suggestions would great, thanks! Kevin
Herrbard 10-08-06, 10:49 PM	Are you setting them up as home games? If so, mod #2 is not available until November. If you are setting them up as game days, then I have no explanation, as they were supposed to be available on October 1.

smerwin29 10-09-06, 08:24 AM	When I go into the system and order "Forbidden Choice" as a Game Day, it is there. When I try to set it up as a Home Play, it is not. I would suggest going back and making sure it is being ordered as a Game Day and not a Home Play event.

quizboy 10-09-06, 02:21 PM	That's odd. The GM running our Blackwheel faction mentioned that he couldn't download the 2nd DM's mark (it's listed as "missing"). Our Covenant of Light GM said she saw the same thing, and I see it with the Cabal DM's Mark. How were you able to check out and download the Blackwheel 2nd DM's mark? I scheduled my game (and checked it out) for retail after the Oct 1st availability date. When I click on the link (even though it says missing), I get the response: "The file for Scenario CSD021EXE.zip could not be found. Please contact rpgahq@wizards.com" When I emailed rpgahq@wizards.com, I just got a bounce back. I thought they had enough things to worry about, but now I'm curious. Can other people download their 2nd DM marks for the factions? --Steven
smerwin29 10-09-06, 02:26 PM	Just a clarification, I am talking about the second Faction mod, not the second DM's Mark. The last I checked, the DM's Mark 2 for any faction were not in the system. I mistakenly called Crimson Codex 2 "Forbidden Choice" above, and it is called "Forbidden Knowledge." I was channeling an old LG mod . . .
ispq 10-09-06, 06:29 PM	I've been unable to download DM2. DM1 downloaded just fine, but the second reports file not found.
Saski 10-11-06, 11:08 PM	I'm the DM referenced in Butterface's post above. I still can't download Crimson Codex faction mod #2, and I did verify that I set it up as a game day. Any other suggestions?
