If I play a Jester's Scepter and somehow bounce it back to my hand (Repeal) what happens to the 5 cards which are removed from the game?

Concurrently, if i were to play the Jester's Scepter again and remove another 5 cards from the game do I have accesss to only those 5 cards? Or both those 5 and the previous 5 that were removed?

I'm not done yet. What happen when you play more then one Jester's Scepter? Can they interact with any cards they removed interchangeably? Or are they restricted to their own card pools?

They stay removed from the game.

Just the second set of five. To the game the replayed Scepter is an entirely new and different Scepter with no ties to the previous one.

Each Scepter knows only about the cards it removed.
