Mods before bump? 2 months left? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-21-07, 11:04 AM Q1. I assume the final date to play before bump is 1/31/08, since that's when current mods expire. Right?

Q2. How many more mods can we expect before the bump?

S3. We have two months left. So I hope they come soon

11-21-07, 11:44 AM 1) I believe that is correct +/- a few days. We've been looking at how we might trim a few days off the blackout period.

2) You should see 2 more sets of faction and DM's marks as well as one more expedition.

3) I agree. I know that most everything is turned into HQ (I know the expedition is late and I am not sure about all the faction #9's but at least two of them are in, all #8s are in). I will call and see if there is an ETA for these mods.

Still, this means there's potential to get a L12-L13 character by the next level bump...

11-26-07, 09:18 AM This is the downfall of this campaign in my opinion. The adventures are great, the faction masters are great, the campaign set up is innovating and exciting.

The release schedule of the mods completely sucks. Nothing for months, and then everything at once. It would be a little better if this had not happened before. Pretty much makes it impossible to play multiple factions and get the whole story for each of them, there's just not enough time from when the mods are released to when the blackout hits to play them all. But if you just play one faction, you have to deal with huge amounts of downtime with no adventures being released. . . .

12-19-07, 09:24 PM The last day to play before the blackout is February 12, 2008. All adventures currently available for order should show that date on the adventure description screen. (Most show a different date in the adventure's text.)

There will be an announcement about the last day to play, the blackout, and reporting up in early January.

There is only one more adventure that will be added (tomorrow). It is EXP-6 Taming the Hydra.
