We discussed it shortly at DDXP, and the Circle keeps looking at the Xen'drik cards to check individual cards whether or not we want and can use them in LG. But no cards yet. My templates were also missing, making the exceeingly large padded envelope WOTC sends the minis in seem even more excessive.

(I have six fiendish girallons, eight celestial stag beetles, and three duergar slavers. But only one spell template, ever.) I don't really care about the template (I like my steel ones) but it is a curious phenomenon.

(She's still chuckling about opening the big padded envelope with the little guys inside.) However, none were damaged and I like them. :D Seperately received blank RPGA membership cards. No templates. (In the past I have received a total of two cone of acid templates. They look very nice, however, I agree with Dan, unimportant.) No campaign cards.

bertman4 03-15-07, 04:28 PM	I got four repaint minis, which means I had at least 80 points. I mean I had 56 points from 7 slots of XE at GenCon SoCal alone. I'm expecting a full set of player reward cards when they get mailed (3 per 20 points). I too received no template this time. In the past, I 've gotten a template each and every time. The only really useful templates for me were the straight cone as I could never remember how to draw them. Bertman

pedr 03-17-07, 10:57 PM	My one duergar arrived today in a >A4 sized padded envelope which still didn't stop the base being bent. Interestingly the letter mentioned that the campaign card rewards would include a doubling as a compensation for recent errors, or somthing like that. I will believe that when I see it, of course! If that does happen, I'm due 24 reward cards!

Considering the huge amount of cards I have laying around I could fill all slots for at least a dozen characters (and that is excluding creation cards) :P (and yes, I did get such a huge enveloppe as well with 2 small mini's in it...)

I sit down at an LG table and give everyone at least 2 Feign Surprise cards each. It's the least I can do to keep my own character alive. (and yes, I did get such a huge enveloppe as well with 2 small mini's in it...) Same here. I could have used that envelope as a sleeping bag.

I am looking for Living Greyhawk, Set 1, Card 1 if this is at all possible, but am willing to trade for other cards that may be allowed for use in LG by the LGCS. Thank you.
quizboy 04-04-07, 09:53 AM	I just wanted to let everyone know that the cards are on their way. I got mine last night, and I was beginning to worry. I'd seen 6 of the 10 at a con over ten days ago! Anyway, there was a note included that mentioned that there was a one time doubling of reward points due to the mix up during the last mailing, and I got a _ton_ of cards. (OK, for me there were a ton.) I'm sorry, but I don't have any of them with me, and I don't really want to make any potential mistakes about what the cards are and do. With that said, there is a list of the LG cards that are XE legal at the bottom of the XE dispel confusion that was put out this week. The only LG card that isn't XE legal is a snow elf creation card. --Steven P.S. For those of you who don't care about mistakes, the cards I remember are: one lets you reroll a miss chance due to concealment (for a -4AC) one lets you apply a breath feat to your breath weapon (or evade a breath weapon) one lets you utter dark speech to cause a save or lose some CHA one helps with turning and/or smiting one lets you apply a bonus to another party memeber's roll, but only if you are BWC LG cards are: try that again-same as previous GR card feat of str-gives large bonus to str for a round, but take dex and con minus for a bit item-amulet-don't remember what it does snow elf creation card one other with redgar in the pic(Adrenaline Rush), but I don't remember what it does (sorry) (Ahhh... the Adrenaline Rush lets you ignore fatigue for a number of rounds.)
Attack_the_Darkness 04-06-07, 01:09 AM	xen'drik expeditions set 1: dragon's breath scholar apply dragon breath feats, or evasion (like rogue ability) against breath weapon. presense of command prereq: BWC, CHA 13+ benefit: grant bonus to attack, save, or check. blinded by the light benefit: add action point to turn check or smite attack, extra damage, will save vs. blindness. one with the darkness benefit: -4 penalty to AC to re-roll concealment. use action die to ignore this effect. possible adventure base effects (it's kind of vague). tome of corruption benefit: will save or suffer 1d4 CHA damage. living greyhawk set 1: adrenaline rush benefit: ignore fatigue for 1+CON rounds. feat of strength benefit: +8 STR bonus on checks and skill checks. not this time! prereq: alertness benefit: reroll save after failure. ice cities of the crystalmists can be from crystalmist mountains, unlocks snow elves from frostburn. charm of fortune benefit: opponents suffer -2 to AC, saves, and attacks for 1 round.

I received an envelope that had a letter stating that my cards were included in the mailing, but there was nothing in the envelope other than the letter. The response to my email over the situation was that there had been an error and that the cards would be sent immediately. Well, I received 24 cards, but they were all from Mark of Heroes sets one and two. And most of them were duplicates. I did received two minis and the chaos hammer template in separate mailing a month ago. I was just hoping for some new XE cards.

Just no campaign cards. GRRRRRR..... I want my Xen'drik cards, gollyfluff it!
