It seems that there is something wonky with the questions for reporting Lich Queen part 4. It skips question 2 and goes to question 3, resulting in five entries when there should be six.

Could someone look into fixing that please?

On that same general subject, I think the Cabal reward in that module has a misprint in it--it refers to an enhancement as a +2 cost that is in fact normally a +1 cost. (I've been meaning to double-check and send a note, but I only remember at times when I couldn't.) I'm planning on running it fairly soon--is there an erratum I can give my Cabal players when I do?

*Bump*

The deadline for reporting is getting close. Is there any official response on fixing the database scenario questions issue before that time?

I will bring this to the attention of RPGA HQ.

Well, the reporting date came and went, and this error still isn't fixed.

Can't say I'm not surprised, but I had hoped this time would be different. :(

My hope now is that it will be fixed within a week or two, as I have been waiting to report results for a month. In the meantime, I can't order new adventures, which impacts my play groups.

Guess we'll play the Dawn of Defiance adventures again... ;)

Well, if you're that strongly resolved against reporting it with that missing question, it's at least technically possible to simply cancel out that session, report the rest of your event, and report that session as part of a different event once the problem is fixed. It'd mess up your chronology and character progress a bit, but this is presumably preferable to just not playing Xen'drik until HQ gets the database fixed.

The text of the item in question is intended to read Unholy.

Please consider this to be an errata of that story object. Instead of Bane, the item should be reducing the cost of the Unholy Enhancement.

I have good faith that this error will be fixed soon. :) Shawn Merwin rules!

Heh. Well, actually the problem is that Shawn Merwin doesn't rule. He isn't even the jester in this court. The problem has been reported. If and when it gets fixed is out of my control.
