[Ignore the cost of the masterwork weapons in the following scenario.. I know each physical weapon will add 300+gp to the final cost]]

Lets say I want a +1 Frost dagger & a +1 Lucky dagger...

seperatly, they are both +2 weapons.. [8,000gp each]

What if I combine the properties into a single +1 Frost/Lucky Dagger?

Would this be the cost 18,000gp (+3 weapon).. or 16, 000gp (two +2 weapons)?

Which book is the lucky weapon ability listed in? If it's a +1 bonus, then you have a +3 weapon. (+1 enhancement, +1 frost, +1 Lucky). It's meant to cost more when you stack enhancements on a single weapon.

EDIT: I found Lucky ability description.

Ok, I wasnt as clear as I should have been.. I am trying to combine Magic weapon(craft arms & armor) with a Psionic Weapon (craft psionic arms & armor).

+1 Frost club (Source = DMG) = 8,300gp
0gp[base] + 300gp[masterwork] + 8,000gp[+1 Enhancement, +1 Frost = +2]

+1 Lucky club (Source = Expanded Psionics Handbook) = 8,300gp
0gp[base] + 300gp[masterwork] + 8,000gp[+1 Enhancement, +1 Lucky = +2]

If I were to combine these two effects Lucky & Frost into a single club.... Would the cost be:

<Option 1>
16,300gp
0gp[base] + 300gp[masterwork] + 8,000gp[+1 Enhancement, +1 Frost = +2] + 8,000gp[+1 Enhancement, +1 Lucky = +2]

<Option 2>
18,300gp
0gp[base] + 300gp[masterwork] + 18,000gp[+1 Enhancement, +1 Frost, +1 Lucky = +3]

<My opinion>
I would say that Option 1 makes more sense, becouse they use seperate mechanics (different feats) to create the weapon enhancments.. BUT... if option #2 is write.. it would follow suit that I could use either craft feat to create Magic OR Psionic weapon Enhancements...

If this is not answered in any of the rulebooks, it should be taken to official WotC rules channels. The Factionmasters are not going to be creating or clarifying core rules for the campaign.

Unofficially, if a weapon can combine both type of enhancements, then Option 2 is the only one that makes sense. If you are creating one weapon with two enhancements, then it is an equivalent +3 weapon, and would be priced as such.

Option 2 is correct. I play LG a lot, where they are sticklers for costs of things, and that is the way we have always paid for our weapons. The total enhancement bonus of your weapon is +3 (+1, Frosty is +1, Lucky is +1), and that is what you must pay for.

Note that the 3.5 faq actually does cover this somewhat, by saying that nothing prohibits it, and giving an example involving it being eaiser to have one character do the +1 and Magic A&A enhancement, then bringing in a second person to add (just) the Psionic A&A enhancement
