12-22-06, 09:15 AM It is not locked (That was a misuse of a term in one of my posts). It is however, according to the CS 1.1 a limited item, which means you can't buy it until you have the gp limit to do so. Other special materials do not have that limitation. I'm not sure why Mithral does.
