Can anyone who has run the game (RUN... not played) or the Factionmasters themselves answer a little question for me?

How do I answer Question 1 of the Adventure Questions for the entire group? Or will the answer to my question be apparrent when I start my reporting?

Luckily for me, the answer was the same for all of my players. I have no idea how I would have answered it otherwise. It seems to assume that you can answer the questions for individual players, and I haven't found that to be true.

I will guess what the question is and say go with what the majority of your players did.

I was pretty frustrated with that question. I just went with majority of PCs' accomplishments.

No FM answer yet? Seems like they're busy..

Maybe they'll all involved in LFR or 4th ed..? Sigh...

I'll hope everyone finshes the same number of objectives...

If you have a question about an adventure specifically, your best bet is to PM or email the person whose name is on the adventure.

I believe that Brian actually answered this right when the adventure came out (possibly in another thread). He intended it to be what did the majority of the party do.

Quick questions regarding the reporting for this module (I'll be helping a GM with the reporting tonight)

1) If a character dies, is it just a "Dead" checkbox to fill out, or does anything else need to be completed too (such as the GP Loss section)?

1B) If the PC has a story object that reduces the cost of a Raise Dead, does that get taken into account automatically?

If a character dies and is raised then do not tick the 'dead' box. I'll say that the other way round as well as it's very very important. Do not tick the 'dead' box unless the character is permanently dead. If you tick the 'dead' box, that character can never be played in XE ever again under any circumstances. Only tick the box if that is what you're reporting.

Unfortunatly I can't answer the other questions - I believe that the CS has a list of how much GP/XP to enter into the 'loss' box based on character level if a character is raised.

1) pedr is correct. Do Not Check the Dead Box unless the character is permamently dead at the end of the adventure. Since the character is now completely dead, things like gp and xp loss no longer matter. There is no longer a character. If a character receives a Raise Dead, then said character is no longer dead, and so the dead box should not be checked.

1B) No, this story object is not taken into account automatically. You would need to enter the final GP and XP loss. The CS (on page 10) states the XP penalty as 500 times character level as well as a cost of 1,100 gp. It also states this cost can be split between party members at the table if desired. It also states that each faction makes certain a raise dead spell is available.

Shadowed Intent is entirely correct.

Thanks for answering those questions that it turned out were completely answered in the Campaign Standards documents and website. I didn't have access to them when I posted yesterday.

No problem at all, always better to ask any questions before reporting. Sorry if the emphasis was a bit over the top. I figure on subjects like these, the casual reader of today, may be in the same situation tomorrow.

I'm glad things went well.
