Obviously the Factionmasters do not want players randomly bouncing between factions or doubling up to play multiple adventures, but is there a system for the occasional change? In Living Greyhawk you can move to a new region and have your character follow you, so what happens if you move and they're only playing a different faction? Or through character advancement your PC grows and changes alignment or priorities and is better suited for another faction? |

Hey that can be some fun stuff. Imagine the RP possibilities with that idea? Man you'd never know if what they were sending you to do was real, a trap, or an illusion! *lol* It' be like the D&D version of "The Twilight Zone." ^_^ ~ Z o r ~ |

Can he fall from grace? Nope. Be corrupted and gain evil actions and still play? Nope. Be manipluated or mind controlled? Nope. Even in the real world cops go crooked and mobsters go to the DA and snitch. I can't help but think a special mod (once a year) where you can swap sides wouldn't hurt, at the penalty of alienating your former companions and not being fully trusted by the new. |

| raalynthslair08-05-06, 05:54 PM | How's that? Think there will be a fair amount of "non-faction" mods out there? |
| smerwin2908-05-06, 06:37 PM | Nope. There are faction mods, and then there are expedition mods. In each, you will need to belong to a faction. Even the expedition mods are closely tied in terms of plot and goals to the factions. Shawn Crimson Codex Factionmaster Guy |
