What is the expansion slot price for a symbiont from the Magic of Eberron?

It is purchased as equipment, so it costs 1 per, unless you're a daelkyr half-blood. That unlocks symbionts at least in Magic of Eberron and Eberron Campaign Setting.

Really? It unlocks all symbionts or just the personal one?

http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebmoh/20060206a lists the symbionts that are unlocked as well as the rest of the details.
Symbionts: Breed leech, crawling gauntlet, shadow sibling, spellwurm, stormstalk, tentacle whip, tongueworm, throwing scarab, winter cyst.
Xen'drik Expeditions Campaign Standards v2.0 page 13:
You can use your Mark of Heroes creation cards in Xen'drik Expeditions. Just remember those creation cards cost three expansion slots.

Oh............I'm playing a Daelkyr Half-Blood without the card (free as a Cabal of Shadows faction member), do all the symbionts unlock still?

The campaign standards lists as restricted Symbionts (Any source, Symbionts listed in the racial description of Daelkyr Half-Blood are unlimited for that race.

These are: Breed Leech, crawling gauntlets, throwing scarab, stormstalk, winter cyst, spellwurm, tentacle whip, tongue worm. (the Taint of the Daelkyr card adds shadow sibling)

So, some are unlocked.

As I tought only dealkyr half-blood can use symbionts and only the ones that are stated in their racial abilities, no other character can.
What about impure prince does his ability to atract a symbiont grant him one?

THe first symbionts came out in the ECS, MoE came out later with the Half-Blood race. In the descriptions of the symbionts all it says the symbionts need to connect with someone is for the host to be "willing or uncionious." So I would say anyone can have one.

Also, the Impure Prince is can have symbionts and the class does not require the Half-blood race.

The Impure Prince is granted one and, accourding to the last paragraph under his Lure Symbiont ability, it is in addition to the one he would have if he is a Half-blood.

According the the campaign standards, symbionts are restricted. An exception is made for Daelkyr Half-Bloods.

Since only Daelkyr Half-Bloods can have symbionts at present, for other races to gain the benefit of the lured symbiont class feature of the Impure Prince, there would need to be a change in the campaign standards.

Good question, I will look into it.
As you can see, the Cabal of Shadows Factionmaster is looking into it.

Note: Personality conflicts are described on page 299 of the Eberron Campaign Setting. Those who may not share the same goals as a symbiont should be aware of them. Obviously, this would not apply to the impure prince lured symbiont.

Ah, sorry, I forgot this was the MoH specific form, I was answering his question in more of general sense.

No problem. Trying to help minimize some of the confusion in Xen'drik Expeditions.
