05-03-07, 01:21 PM I am going to be running XE Cairn of Stone Hearts on Sunday and wondering if there are any pitfalls I need to watch out for?

05-04-07, 04:49 AM I cannot say I ran into any unexpected problems. One of the fights took too much time (the one with the ants), and had I known that in advance I would have removed one combat encounter. If you are not running it in a time sensitive environment that should not matter though...

Note though that both when I played it and ran it, I did so with a group with members from all factions except the Crimson Codex. So I am not aware of any problems in the start section.

You will need to allot a bit more time if the PCs are not faction-diverse. I played it at DDXP in a group with only 2 factions represented, and that added a little under a half hour to the length.
