I needed to create an epic spell which forced all whom looked at the caster (pseudo gaze-attack) to make a will save or suffer ability damage (not sure which would be most effective at epic levels). However I could not identify a factor that would make the afflict seed behave in such a manner. Does such a factor exist that I have merely overlooked? Or does anyone have an ad hoc value which I could use to accomplish this? Many thank.
