MindFlayerBob 04-27-08, 02:01 AM	Is there anywhere I can find the DC's for emulating nonepic spells. Is it somewhere in the official rules or do you have to use some guesswork? If it is the latter can someone point me somewhere with some decent estimates? Thanks and have a nice night.

betrayor 04-27-08, 10:03 PM	There is something in the official rules that is close to what you are looking for. So when a seed is based in a non-epic spell it dc is the spellcraft ranks+10 that a sorcerer who can cast this spell has.Confusing? Let me give an example.lets say that you want to duplicate an fireball,a sorcerer would have to 6 level to cast it so the dc is 9+10=19. I forgot to mention that all epic spell begin with casting time one minute,so if you wanted to duplicate fireball exactly you would have to raise the dc so you could shorten the casting time to one action. Of course if you have access to LEoF you could use the shadow seed which does exactly what you want.
