Can someone give me a epic progression for the favored soul using the current epic progression rules. Is there even a point?
Also, can you give suggestions on why you think the build should have at what levels, or what you think would be a better, half balanced build in it's place.

Well it's a full casting class, so I'd say give 'em a bonus feat every 3 levels. Maybe give them access to the weapon focus chain with their deity's favored weapon. I don't have my books in front of me so I can't remember everything they get but as I recall they get energy resistance, which could pretty easily be advanced into epic levels.

I don't know what you mean by a 'build' in this context; usually that word refers to what feats/classes/etc. a particular player gives his/her character. Presumably the 'point' of creating an epic progression for FS is because you're playing in an epic game...:thinks:

Well generally I'm not allowed to create material for games, but if other people do it and there are comments for and against, sometimes it's allowed. Based on the ELH, and even with the few updates, there just seems to be absolutely nothing for the class.
I'd even go so far as to suggest a epic bonus feat at every odd level simply because they gain nothing else. Energy resistences are at specific levels, not on a patern (like at 10 and every five levels after) and even if they where they only lack 2. An additional +1 to hit and +2 Damage is pointless at this level. Epic spellcasting is out of reach unless they have a feat and a lot of cross class ranks in Kn: Religion.
So I guess what I'm looking for is a level 20+ progression which was left out of the Complete Divine, and also some unofficial comments and ideas on what can fix the class for epic play.

I would say that's a bad idea, as no epic class gains a feat per two levels except the fighter.

There is a pattern, so here is what I suggest: "At 25th level and every 5 levels thereafter, an epic favored soul may choose an additional energy resistance. He must have resistance of 10 in acid, cold, electricity, fire and sonic before choosing an energy type to raise to resistance of 20, and so on."

An additional +1 to hit and +2 Damage is pointless at this level.
Well if it is pointless, it's also pointless at non-epic levels. As it is an automatic ability at pre-epic, I suggest: "At 21st level and every twenty levels thereafter a favored soul gains a +1 bonus to hit with his favored weapon. At 31st level and every twenty levels thereafter a favored soul gains a +2 damage bonus with his favored weapon."

Epic spellcasting is out of reach unless they have a feat and a lot of cross class ranks in Kn: Religion.
Hm, one of the oddities of the favored soul class. As FS is a full casting class, it really should have access to Epic Spellcasting. I suggest that your DM house rule that K (religion) is a class skill--why it isn't in the first place is beyond me.

That leaves wings as the only non-progressed ability. I don't like this ability to begin with, but as an epic progression I suggest: "At 30th level and every ten levels thereafter a favored soul adds +10 feet to his fly speed."

Most of them are for combat types, but the (Illithid) Slayer and Hathran get such progressions as well. I'm not saying that it makes sense (especially for the Hathran), but that's how things work.

That said, the usual feat-per-three levels (as on other full casters) would be more appropriate.

Slayer is absurd, we all know it. As for Hathran and all the other prestige classes in the Players Guide to Faerun lets not even debate the balance of that. That book made staying a single classed character the most losing proposition ever. Incantrix much?
