I have posted this before:

Metamagic to SLAs

Feat: Metamagic Spell-like Ability
Choose a Metamagic feat and an SLA that you have. You can apply the given feat up to 3 times per day to your SLA, to the limit of the number of times you can cast that SLA. You can take this feat multiple times for each Metamagic, or each SLA. You can apply your uses simultaneously, such as a Quicken, Empowered Maximized SLA if you have the feats, or you can spread them out. Each use is counted separately against each feat's limit of 3 per day.

Take the level of the Metamagic, and the Spell level to find the minimum caster level required to cast that SLA with that Metamagic:

But that doesn't really improve on what is out there. You can stack SLA enahacements, so you could end up with a Maximized, Empowered, Quickened SLA by taking 3 of these, and choosing to apply them all to one casting. You could take Quicken SLA more than once, and get 6 more applications.

But I think you want something more Epic. How about this:

Feat: Epic Metamagic Spell-Like Ability [Epic]
Prereq: Metamagic Spell-like Ability (any spell-like ability)
When you take this feat, you can then apply the given Metamgic feat to your chosen SLA, as often as you can cast it. The required caster level for this ability increases by 2 levels.

This would result in a Auto-Quicken for the cost of one Epic feat after taking Quicken SLA, but only for that one SLA. I don't think that would be overpowered for an Epic Feat. You have to look at what abuses someone with Innate Spell could do. You could take Innate Spell (True Strike), Quicken SLA (True Strike), and Epic Quicken SLA (True Strike) to get a free +20 to hit every round, for 1 epic feat, and 2 non-epic, as well as giving up an 8th level slot. Better than a wizard could do, since his number of Quickened True Strikes with Auto-Quicken would be much more limited than infinite. Perhaps the caster level requirement should be increased as well, but I don't know. +2 is the current difference between spell levels. Taking the Epic feat could make it be a required caster level of the Metamagic bonus again - so you would use the +8 column if you took Epic Quicken, but +4 if you took Epic Empower. And +14 if you took Epic Intensify. That might be better.

Thats the exact kind of abuse I wanted to do with it. But more along the lines of

Innate spell + (intensify spell + energy substitution + high damage spell) + (metamagic) SLA + multispell
