Hello all, I was needing help creating a few epic spells.

The first, I will describe it and let the rest go from there.

A epic demilich from my campaign used a epic spell to conjure a force dome around an entire large scaled city, then every bit of the oxygen from the city and all beings lungs were enveloped in a single spot in the top of the dome, the air started to combust and caused an ENORMOUS fireball that destroyed the entire city and all the beings.

Can anyone put this type of thing on paper?

The second, would be a spell of creation. Can someone explain to me how to setup a epic spell to create a paragon of a new race?

The first one? That one's a doozy, especially when I've been awake for all of five minutes.

The second? Not that hard. Using the seeds conjure, life, and probably fortify can create the new race and give it the adjustments of a paragon.

The first one should probably have Wall of Force or something as a base, then change the area to a dome, then increase by (Insert obscenely high number)%. The DC would probably be in the mid hundreds.

A question on the first one:
Are you wanting it to physically be a fire ball (IE: Energy seed: Fire, at it's base) Or simply look like one and have it instead disintegrate the area?
I already have a Disintegrate stated up is all (Although it would need an area boost)

The first one looks like cool flavor on a giant fireball. I don't really see any point to the force dome, other then as part of the spell's "backstory".

Giant fireball is easy to make. Energy (Fire), +lots of damage, area: sphere (it's sphere already, isn't it?), +lots of area

If you plan on destroying an entire city, remember that you may have to increase the range of the spell effect significantly, depending on the size of the city. Attempting to destroy a fishing village isn't that hard, but attempting to level something the size of Waterdeep is a different matter.

As for creating a new paragon, the Origin of Species spell is a good starting point.
