| Blackstreak07-12-07, 07:34 PM | I've been going through the Update downloads and have been working on the epic level handbook one...for quite some time now, and I noticed 2 discrepancies. 1) For the Gloom monster I am to delete an Epic Feat called '-3' I ignored that part as it seems to be typo. 2) But then I noticed for the Ha-Naga I am to delete a 'Weapon Finesse -4' Now this is messed up because that little beasty has 2 Weapon Finesses- Coil Whip & Sting. Which one is it referring too? |

Actually, it turns out the Gloom has three too many feats and three too many Epic feats. The corrected version of the Gloom can be found here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/monsters/gloom.htm) 2) But then I noticed for the Ha-Naga I am to delete a 'Weapon Finesse -4' Now this is messed up because that little beasty has 2 Weapon Finesses- Coil Whip & Sting. Which one is it referring too? In 3.0, Weapon Finesse applied to only a single weapon or Natural Attack. In 3.5, Weapon Finesse can only be taken once and applies to all Natural Weapons and Light Weapons. Thus, 'Weapon Finesse (coil whip), Weapon Finesse (Sting)' are replaced by "Weapon Finesse". Similarly, the Ha-Naga has too many feats for its HD, and needs to lose some. The updated version is here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/monsters/haNaga.htm) and has fewer feats. If you're really wedded to these monsters having the removed feats, you can simply grant them as Bonus feats (marked with a (B) to indicate as such) and use them as written, though they may be a bit tougher. |

EDIT: After paying more attention to the links I discovered theres a whole website loaded with this information. Thanks even more. |
