I think this is the latest version: Multiaction [Epic] Prerequisites: Character level 21st or higher Benefit: You gain an additional swift action each round. Special: You can gain this feat multiple times, to a maximum of once per 10 HD. Its effects stack. |

That doesn't stop you from getting an obscene number of boosts before you begin, nor does using your standard or full-round action prevent you from using swift-action maneuvers. |
