Well, sort of.
I don't know if this has been brought up before, but the 6th level druid spell Spellstaff says "You store one spell that you can normally cast in a wooden quarterstaff." The downside is that you can have only one, and that it takes ten minutes to cast.
But, using Rapid spell from CD, we can get that casting time down to 1 minute. This raises the spell level by one, but is probably worth it.
The question is, how do we break this? It already rapidly increases the number of spells we get, but it isn't combat-practical with the 1 minute casting time.
Possible solutions:
-Holding a touch spell. If there is some way to do this for an extreme amount of time, it could be possible to cast in advance, then use later.
-Casting a rapid/reach/repeat spellstaff. (The reach feat is used because repeat doesn't apply to touch spells.)
This would take one minute, but we'd get it again on the next round, so one could cast the spell, get the epic spell, use greater celerity to cast it before the next round, and then get the spellstaff epic again.

So, how do we really break this?

OK, two quick comments:

I always interpretted Spellstaff to mean you had to cast the spell to be stored into the staff as well, like a ring of spell storing, not that you get a free, previously unprepared spell to use for the day. Heck, if that is the case, even any druid would always have an extra with a 9th level spell in it and get a new 9th level spell every 10 minutes by using all their 6-9th level slots on Spellstaff. So my interpretation seems to be the only reasonable one. Besides "normally can cast" can only mean spells you have memorized, since you can't normally cast an unmemorized spell. Go ahead and ask the sage. So that gets rid of the whole "free unlimited spells" issue.

My second comment is that they made it clear that Epic Spells don't behave like regular spells in many ways. They may not have listed them all, and maybe they should, but any reasonable DM should exclude allowing epic spells to be stored in a Spellstaff, Ring of Spell Storing, or to be recovered with a 10th level Pearl of Power, or Memento Magica, or whatever. The rules about how many you can cast and how to cast them are really restrictive, and should stay that way. They can be abused easily enough as is....
