What the hell are you smoking? Stop being a useless twit.

Are you sure there is no progression in Complete Adventurer? I seem to recall it had an epic section.

In any case, The only scaling abilities I remember for Scouts are their Skirmish and Battle Fortitude. Battle Fortitude was every 9 levels so figure at 29th level and every 9 levels there after it increases by one Skirmish should advance like sneak attack, via feats (and I think there is a feat for that in Complete Adventurer in the epic section). Give them a bonus feat every 3 levels like so.

Epic Scout
21 -
22 -
23 Bonus Feat
24 -
25 -
26 Bonus Feat
27 -
28 -
29 Bonus Feat, Battle Fortitude +4.
30 -

Hope that helps.

Battle Fortitude shouldn't scale as a save abilitity. The only point was to give them a medium save progression, but all saves are the same at epic. Otherwise, looks good.

Skirmish is accumulated as part of a repeated pattern and should continue to advance at epic levels, with an extra +1d6 damage at 21st level and every 4 levels thereafter, and an extra +1 competence bonus to AC at 23rd level and every 4 levels thereafter. Technically, battle fortitude seems to be gained as part of repeated pattern but I agree with BilltheManiac that it should not progress due to the standardized progression of saves at epic levels. They should probably receive a bonus epic feat at level 24 and every 4 levels thereafter just like a rogue does.

Your right, for some reason I thought the Epic Rogues sneak attack didn't progress.
