Hi all. Been a while since I posted.

This is an epic prestige class I came up with as a way to continue advancement of my enchantrix. Her regular PrC (custom for our campaign) gave her some spell-like abilities and supernatural enchanting abilities that had special ways to increase the DC based on a perform check -- same table I used for this -- with the drawback of missing out on a level of spell advancment.

The primary point of this epic PrC is to allow one to enchant creatures that are normally immune, with a perform or bluff check. Enjoy.

Fabled Inveigler

Requirements:
- cast 9th-level arcane spells
- CHA score: 25
- perform: 23 ranks
- epic skill focus (perform or bluff)
- epic spell focus (enchantment)

Spell Power (Su): Every level, the Fabled Inveigler's arcane caster level increases by one. No spell progression is gained. Special: This is not only valid for spells, but also for enchantments that are spell-like or supernatural abilities.

Enchantment DC Bonus (Su): At 1st and 6th levels, the DC to resist the Fabled Inveigler's enchantment spells, spell-like abilities, and supernatural abilities increases by one. This bonus stacks with any other bonuses applied from feats or other sources.

Otherworldly Charm (Su): At various levels, the Fabled Inveigler gains the ability to affect creature types normally immune to enchantments (of any type). This supernatural ability functions for enchantment spells, spell-like, and supernatural abilities. In order to affect the target creature(s), a bluff or perform check is made during the casting of the spell or use of the ability. The DC for each target is equal to that target's HD + 20. If the result is equal to or higher than the DC for a given target, that target has a chance to be affected. Example: if a Fabled Inveigler with a +35 perform skill bonus wishes to enchant a shambling mound of HD 25, he must roll a 10 or higher (matching the shambling mound's HD of 25 + 20 = 45).

If the check succeeds, she then gets a chance to affect the target(s) and must continue with any other neccessary rolls to overcome spell resistance and Will saves as per the enchantment's description. Should the creature lack a Will save, it can make a Fortitude save instead (if the spell normally allows a Will save). Note that this supernatural ability does not confer the ability to communicate commands to creatures (e.g. those without intelligence scores, etc.) any more effectively than anyone else.

If the skill check fails, the spell (or other ability) is used up and has no effect.

At 10th level, the Fabled Inveigler can effectively bypass any creature's racial immunity to enchantments of any type. Therefore, she would have a chance to succeed at a sleep spell cast on an elf, or dominate monster on a lich. This ability does not allow a chance to overcome immunity granted from any other source than creature type or race (item, deity's boon, spell, spell-like ability, or supernatural ability that must be activated).

Pierce Mind (Su): At 3rd level, the Fabled Inveigler gains the ability to ignore defenses which protect the target's mind from enchantments. This supernatural ability can be used to give enchantment spells, spell-like effects, and supernatural abilities a chance to succeed. In order to affect the target creature(s), a bluff or perform check is made during the casting of the spell or use of the ability. The DC for each defensive effect is equal to that effect's caster level + spell level + 20. If the result is equal to or higher than the DC for a given effect, that target has a chance to be affected. The skill check result is applied to any effects which specifically block enchantments or mind-affecting abilities. Example: if a Fabled Inveigler with a +35 perform or bluff skill bonus wishes to pierce a mind blank cast by a 25th-level wizard, he must roll an 18 or higher (the DC is caster level 25 + spell level 8 + 20 = 53).

If the skill check beats the DC of every effect in question, she then gets a chance to affect the target(s) and must continue with any other neccessary rolls to overcome spell resistance and Will saves as per the enchantment's description.

If the skill check fails, the spell (or other ability) is used up and has no effect.

Persuasive Performance (Sp): Once per day as a standard action, the Fabled Inveigler may make a bluff or perform check to imitate the 8th-level arcane spell Mass Charm Monster. The caster level is equal to the Fabled Inveigler's arcane caster level. The base DC is equal to that of an 8th-level enchantment spell cast by the Fabled Inveigler, adjusted by the result of the check compared to the HD of the target as per the table below.

Stunning Performance (Sp): Once per day as a standard action, the Fabled Inveigler may make a bluff or perform check to imitate the 8th-level arcane spell Power Word: Stun. The caster level is equal to the Fabled Inveigler's arcane caster level.

Mesmerizing Performance (Sp): Once per day as a standard action, the Fabled Inveigler may make a bluff or perform check to imitate the 9th-level arcane spell Mass Hold Monster. The caster level is equal to the Fabled Inveigler's arcane caster level. The base DC is equal to that of an 9th-level enchantment spell cast by the Fabled Inveigler, adjusted by the result of the check compared to the HD of the target as per the table below.
