| Salernodc04-02-07, 03:05 PM | In my humble opinion, I think all base classes (at 21st level) and prestige classes (at 11th level) should be granted an epic feat in addition to the normal rate (every 2 levels for epic Fighters; 3 levels for Clerics, Paladins, Rangers & Wizards, etc.) A majority of base classes & prestige classes have too many dead levels at 21st or 11th....getting to epic levels is supposed to be a big deal. Players should get to do more than roll 1 hit die and add 1 to their BAB at 21st level. |

| Salernodc04-02-07, 03:28 PM | Yeah, but what are they getting at 21st level? Having to wait 3 to 5 levels for one's first class epic feat (or 13th to 15th level in PrCs) seems a bit harsh and spartan. |
| Aracor04-02-07, 03:57 PM | English not your first language? Like he said: When a character hits level 21, they get a normal progression feat. As long as they have at least 21 levels, normal progression feats can be used to take epic feats. |

I merely did not communicate myself as effectively as I should have...I understand that characters get a feat at 21st level, but I have been referring to class levels, not character levels. My bad for the obtuse initial posts. Poor communication on my part. |

| rob_douglas04-04-07, 01:15 AM | I think if you applied the rule universally, then it would be ok. It would reward those that stick with their class even sooner. And would allow you to use more Epic material at a lower level. That is something to consider if you know you won't play to high enough level to use a lot of stuff in the ELH otherwise. ROB |
